I am in network with Pacific Source, Moda, and Blue Cross. I also offer out of network billing options if you do not see your insurance listed here (read below). Please verify your benefits before making an appointment.
If you do not know if you have out of network benefits, please call your insurance provider to confirm that you have out of network mental/behavioral health benefits. They will be able to tell you the amount of co-insurance you are responsible for. Cost of sessions is payed by you at time of service, and a superbill will be provided monthly that you can send to your insurance for reimbursement.
Sessions are $195 for couples and individual therapy. Currently, my sliding scale spots are taken. Payment is rendered at time of service. I accept checks, cash, Venmo and Square payments, or autopayment options.
