ABOUT ME
Having lived many different lives before becoming a therapist, I bring a depth of experience and perspective to each session. My identity as a woman, artist, feminist, and ally informs how I connect with clients and hold space for their growth. I deeply believe in the therapeutic process—both from my own experience receiving therapy and from witnessing the lasting change in the clients I work with.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University. I hold a post-graduate certificate in Eating Disorders from the Women's Therapy Institute, and I am a certified Level 2 somatic practitioner with the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute (see the Resources page for more on Sensorimotor Psychotherapy). I currently see both individuals and couples in my private practice, integrating my training and life experience to support each client’s unique journey toward healing and growth.

I live and work in Portland, Oregon, where I share my life with my partner, our child, and two cats.
